EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT​
​
The Executive Assistant provides support to the Executive Leadership Team, including project and calendar management, office administration, and event execution. The position plays a key role in anticipating the needs of leadership and offering excellent hospitality to our partners and guests. This role will require one who loves to serve, is wired to be a helper, and excels in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and will work from the Macon office, but some travel within Central Georgia will also be needed.
DIRECTOR OF ADVOCACY​
​
The Director of Advocacy will oversee the Social Services aspect of our patient care model in addition to meeting with patients and seeking to provide relational, emotional, and spiritual support. They will assist in evaluating each patient’s overall situation and provide care that helps to problem solve through circumstances that are challenging. In summary, this position must prioritize authentic compassion and servant leadership, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and wisely navigate a patient through positive alternatives regarding an unplanned pregnancy. This is a full-time or heavy part-time position that will function primarily from the Macon office but may occasionally travel to our other facilities in Warner Robins and Milledgeville.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR​
​
The Creative Director will be responsible for advancing the organization through marketing efforts related to clients and to partners. In summary, they will creatively tell the story of impact. This is either a full-time or heavy part-time position that will work primarily from the Executive Office in Macon, but also some in our offices in Warner Robins and Milledgeville.
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES​

The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and coordinate clinical services. As a member of the Lead Team, this role will prioritize relational management, patient care effectiveness, and medical administration. The position is full-time with benefits and will operate out of the Macon and Warner Robins offices.
